Occasionally during a move, your personal effects may experience some bumps and bruises along the way.
The first step in the resolution of your claim is to notify your
Coordinator about the event. Your coordinator will discuss the
claim procedures with you in detail,
and every effort will be made to resolve your claim factually and expeditiously.

Under your
protection plan, if your articles are lost or damaged while in carrier's care, they will either be repaired or replaced with like items, or a cash settlement will be made for the current market replacement value regardless of the age of the item.
